Product Designer
Ready to drive the design path of a growing gaming startup?
We are six engineers who have built a profitable and sustainable start-up over the last three years, with no external funding. We are based in Copenhagen and are now looking to expand our small team.
Our culture is built on start-up energy, co-creation, creativity, and putting people first. It's not about working in independent silos or crazy work hours (as some might think). Instead, it’s a daily passion for the products we scale, ping-pong at the office, and staying connected with our coworkers.
To level up our business and stay relevant to our customers, we need a Product Designer who will work closely with our design lead and product team — someone capable of conducting interviews, uncovering user pain points, and creating functional, user-friendly designs that directly address our users’ needs.
What You Will Be Doing
UX/UI
- Create user flows and journey maps
- Sketch wireframes and build interactive prototypes
- Lead and participate in design workshops
- Facilitate grooming sessions and feedback rounds
- Deliver detailed, high-fidelity design assets
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing
- Collaborate with the product team during implementation
- Maintain and update design system libraries
User Research
- Conduct user research to identify needs and pain points
- Perform user interviews and usability tests
Profile We Are Looking For
Engaged and Initiative-Taking: You’re curious about problems, driven to find solutions, and not afraid to dig deeper.
Extroverted & Empathetic: You enjoy connecting with users and can see the product from their perspective.
Cooperative & a Good Listener: You share early and often, and you’re open to input. You iterate based on feedback from users, engineers, support, and others — valuing collaboration over ego.
Self-driven: Comfortable in taking ownership, and not afraid to take decisions.
Skills Required

Nice to Have

- Experience in creating/maintaining a design system
